Monday:-

18:00 - 19:00 

Fighting & Fitness with Pricey.

Suitable for any age (7 years+) or fitness, a combination of traditional karate, kickboxing,, fight skills and fitness.

19:15 - 20:15

YOGA - with Ms Tiffany Yoga

Relax, stretch, sweat and then relax again. A great session to help ease away tensions from the body and the mind.

Tuesday:-

Capoeira with Aaron (Ligeirinho)

A fun, energetic and lively martial art from Brazil. Non-contact, acrobatic movements to music. Suitable for ages 8+ and all levels of ability. 

Wednesday:-

16:45 - 17:45

Ninjalings.

Children's class, suitable for ages approx 4-7 years. Basic class focusing on traditional Wado Ryu karate mixed in with fun and games. A good class for the younger children or an entry level for older children to give them the basics prior to commencing the beginners class.

18:00 - 19:00 

Mixed skills karate & kickboxing

Beginners to purple belts, however more advanced grades are welcome. Traditional karate, kickboxing techniques and self-defence. All fitness levels and ages are welcome.

19:15 - 21:00

Kickboxing Boot Camp

Adults only.  A good degree of fitness is needed but don't be put off. Class involves circuit training, bag work and sparring.

19:15 - 20:30

Karate & kickboxing.

Focus pad drills, fight skills and sparring. Suitable for older children and adults.

Friday:-

16:30 - 17:30

Karate and kickboxing.

Suitable for any age (7 years+) or fitness, a combination of traditional karate, kickboxing, self-defence, fight skills and fitness.

18:00 - 19:30

Traditional Wado Ryu karate.

From complete beginner to advanced black belt, children and adults welcome.

Saturday:-

08:30 - 09:30

Fit & Fight Rookies.

This class goes right back to basics, for adults who "don't know where to start". Covers a range of kickboxing and general training techniques to increase fitness, strength and change body shape.

09:45-10:45

Traditional Wado Ryu karate.

Suitable for any age (7 years+) or fitness, a combination of traditional karate, kickboxing, self-defence, fight skills and fitness. 

11:00-12:00

SUPER NINJAS! 

Hard hitting, heavy lifting, lung exploding session. No whining, no moaning, no quitting! People wanting to attend must already have some level of fitness and fighting ability. No under 18s unless this has been discussed with instructors.

13:00 - 14:30

The Gentleman's club.

A session for men and those who identify as male, who aren't quite feeling themselves, finding life a challenge and want to take life back (by the balls). Half the time training, half the time drinking tea and talking with other likeminded people. You're not alone and together we can get through it.
